𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
1. Work with a team to research problem/misconception/injustice about a topic
2. Identify parties of debate or controversy
3. Identifies organizations, official, or people affected by the issue and how
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
1. Is curious and passionate about advocacy for social issues
2. Team player who can collaborate with others to achieve a common goal
𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Recruit and retain volunteers through publicizing the club
Creating joint initiatives with other clubs allowing us to collaborate with them
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Outgoing and personable
Has good networking skills or is willing to develop their networking skills
𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮/𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
1. Daily or weekly updating supporters of the club online through publishing content of the club
2. Increase social media presence by creating digital posters to invite Carleton students to BTG events
3. Advertising BTG initiatives and collaborations as well as merchandise
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
1. Has a creative vision when it comes to digital posters
2. Has exposure to photo editing software (E.g., Canva, photoshop, etc.)
𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗺 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
1. Film interviews, teasers, and club trailers with creative lead on angles, lighting, etc.
2. Document the work of team members throughout the year through film
3. Lead/be a part of a team of individuals with an interest in filming to create video content
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
1. Has a creative vision when it comes to creating video content
2. Experience working with filming equipment
3. Experience with/interest in developing polished video content
𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
1. Compile video content and organize it into a well-constructed mini-documentary
2. Work with Film Director to implement a creative vision of BTG members (as well as your own)
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
1. Experience with/interest in using video editing software
2. Team player who can collaborate with others to achieve a common goal
𝗪𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
1. Create an aesthetically-pleasing website for BTG (using software like Weebly)
2. Update website throughout the year to involve the initiatives of club members
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
1. Digitally creative/has interest in digital platforms
2. Willing to take direction/feedback from members of the club
𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
